The district is located in the prosperous area of Dahua community, close to Dahua 900 shopping mall. It is a large community that was developed earlier in Dahua plate. It is divided into five stages. The completion time varies from 1998 to 2005. It is composed of dozens of multi-storey and small high-rise buildings.
